Safety Surveillance Research Study Implementation Manager (Secondment 9-12 Months)

Join us in this mission to inspire excellence and facilitate breakthroughs that truly matter.</p><p></p><p><b>HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead or co-lead moderately complex projects, effectively managing time and resources.</p></li><li><p>Apply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to departmental work.</p></li><li><p>Resolve moderately complex problems and develop new options, guided by policies in non-standard situations.</p></li><li><p>Operate independently in ambiguous situations and determine objectives of assignments.</p></li><li><p>Review your own work and seek directional review from others, potentially reviewing colleagues' work in a mentor role.</p></li><li><p>Oversee operational aspects of ongoing improvement projects, acting as a liaison between Project Team and Line Management.</p></li><li><p>Support programs by reviewing project status, budgets, schedules, and preparing comprehensive status reports.</p></li><li><p>Identify project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals.</p></li><li><p>Guide operational teams in managing projects, forecasting resource requirements, and identifying areas for improvement in products, processes, or services.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><p><u>Must-Have</u></p><ul><li><p>Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of experience.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience in <span>commercial/customer-facing</span> roles across the business.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of the workings of pharmaceutical manufacturing and associated processes.</p></li><li><p>Experience working in Pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) environment.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Pharmaceutical Sciences infrastructure.</p></li><li><p>Proactive and has a creative entrepreneurial attitude with evidence of ability to execute key projects.</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with computer and software applications.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Nice-to-Have</u></p><ul><li><p>Master's degree with at least 3+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10+ years of relevant experience.</p></li><li><p>Specific experience in managing pharmaceutical, technical, or medical device projects and clinical programs.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge and certification in operational excellence methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership and team management skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.</p></li><li><p>Ability to adapt to changes in business strategies and operational imperatives.</p></li><li><p>Ability to mentor and guide junior colleagues.</p></li><li><p>Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
