The Team

The Partner Portal team is a dynamic and collaborative group dedicated to keeping our partners engaged through our self-serve digital portal, which enables real-time analytics, campaign orchestration, fraud monitoring and more.

As a Staff Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of the company's Engineering, Business Development, Customer Success and Partnership teams.

Your Impact

• You will steer the roadmap and priorities of your domain by deeply understanding the users, competitors, and our product suite, then build shared understanding among stakeholders.

• You will identify and prioritize user needs through user research, analytics, and feedback, and pinpoint the biggest pain points and opportunities for the Partner Portal.

• You will develop a product vision and strategy and translate user needs and business goals into a clear product vision that defines the future state of the Partner Portal.

• Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders, including executives, as well as external partners effectively.

• You will be managing all lifecycle stages for a product from ideation through sunset, ensuring that deliverables are understood, releases are delivered on time, and users are engaged.
