About the role

AT A GLANCE

We are actively seeking a Senior FP&A Associate at RVO Health for a unique opportunity to apply robust financial modeling skills to help solve real-world healthcare problems. This role will aid in building and maintaining financial models for new products and solutions, quantifying the investment required to bring the solution to market and forecasting the key drivers of revenue and value generation. Key responsibilities include compiling comprehensive financial analyses such as budgets, long-range plans, and monthly forecasts, assisting in monthly income statement management activities, and interpreting and reporting financial results to a broad group of stakeholders. This role will also work closely with project management to establish budgets for project milestones and regularly measure actuals against those budgets, helping mitigate risk of cost overruns.

This high-visibility, high-impact position represents a rare opportunity for the right individual to help inform the go-forward strategy of the business. If you are at the point in your career where you’d like to try something new, are comfortable operating in the unknown (sometimes with nothing more than a blank sheet of paper), and want the chance to help make a real difference in helping people live healthier lives, this may be the position for you.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.
