Job Duties

This position serves as a lead within DPOR’s IT section to coordinate the efforts of a team that 1) provides support for DPOR’s mission-critical licensing system and 2) creates/maintains DPOR’s library of forms, and also helps the agency prepare for the implementation of future systems. The position functions in a capacity that can perform and provide the two services listed above.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to function as an effective team or project lead
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills and abilities, preferably concerning board regulations and/or applications.
• Demonstrated aptitude for understanding systems/processes/technology and applying that understanding to identify solutions and resolve problems
• Demonstrated ability and determination to learn new, and sometimes complex, systems and processes
• Demonstrated ability to plan and perform in a manner that results in on-time, effective delivery of agreed-upon services and outcomes.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing at various levels within an organization
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to analyze issues and document/test forms and/or system changes
• Ability to produce clear, meaningful documentation
• Experience working with Adobe Designer
• Familiarity with ADA / WCAG considerations
