Job Duties

• Works under limited direction and supervision of all duties with considerable autonomy in completing projects for supervisor(s).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate across multiple stakeholder groups in order to complete tasks and/or projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, TEAMS, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Ability to adapt to new software tools and technology (i.e. expense management software, company website content updates, etc.)
• Makes a number of decisions alone due to travel of supervisor(s).
• Interprets company policies, anticipates and prepares materials needed by the supervisor(s) for conference, correspondence, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, etc. and informs supervisor(s) on matters to be considered.

Qualifications

• Requires 5-7 years of experience.
