PRIMARY FUNCTION
Assists the project management team support customer projects while being mindful of schedule and budget.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand customer deliverables.
- Work in a group setting.
- Provide admin support to PM Team.
- Monitor project costs, status, schedules.
- Communicate between cross functional teams/depts..
- Communicate with suppliers & provide detailed RFQ’s.
- Identify resource constraints and project risks.
- Ability to problem solve using critical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Access).
- Excellent organizational skills and communication.
- Proficient mathematical skills including decimals/fractions/conversions.
- Customer service focused.
- Additional job duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma/GED, certificate in Machine Tool Technology or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of PowerPoint, Excel, 3D Model, Scheduling and Aerospace
- Understanding of GD&T.
- Ability read and understand drawings/prints.
- Experience with 3D modeling software: Catia/Enovia/Unigraphics/Solidworks
- Experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to customers and leadership
