THE JOB:
As a Wedding Chapel Supervisor, you will support driving departmental success by aligning daily operations with strategic and financial goals, while ensuring every couple receives an unforgettable wedding experience. You'll inspire a team of coordinators, foster a collaborative work culture, and resolve issues with care to uphold exceptional service standards.

THE STARTING RATE: $22.00 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise assigned operational functions as directed by Assistant Manager and Manager to achieve the department’s  financial goals

• Oversee the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the company’s core values and brand attributes,  ensure the ultimate wedding experience for each and every couple, while focusing on the employee’s ability to maintain  and deliver these standards

• Supervise wedding coordinators and administrative assistant, to include: training; coaching; performance feedback, recommend and administer discipline, and scheduling

• Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; instrumental in the interview and hiring process, encompassing the company’s diversity commitment

• Handle wedding party complaints to ensure complete satisfaction by taking proper steps to remedy any problems that may arise in the planning, and coordination of a ceremony

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 2+ years of prior relevant of coordinator, sales, concierge, event planning or hotel reservations experience

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
