Located in the upscale Eixample District in the heart of Barcelona, Galderma’s Global Capability Center offers numerous possibilities for professional development such as exposure to global and cross-functional projects and access to global career opportunities.</p><p></p><p>Job Title: Global Operational Excellence Manager</p><p>Location: Barcelona, Hybrid</p><p></p><p><u>Job Description </u></p><p>This profile will support the transformation of Galderma to a mature continuous improvement/problem solving organization e.g., implementing the fundamentals, problem solving, Tiered accountability etc. This position will lead and support critical complex global projects and activities across sites and regions and ensuring value is defined across the end-to-end value stream. </p><p></p><p><u>Key Responsibilities </u></p><ul><li><p>Design, development and implementation of our global lean supply and manufacturing programs.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of complex process mapping across complex end to end supply chains.</p></li><li><p>Promote knowledge management, best practice sharing and adoption across teams globally.</p></li><li><p>Support key stakeholders across the end-to-end Value stream to assess the flow of value from suppliers to customers and identify targeted improvement opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Lead improvement initiatives working with key stakeholders to shape, manage, implement, and sustain improvements.</p></li><li><p>Promote the use of Lean Six Sigma and other relevant improvement methodologies, techniques and principles and support the development of an improvement focused culture within key stakeholder groups.</p></li><li><p>Promote the  valuation  of  benefits  through  favourable  KPI  movement  and  the  understanding  of related financial impacts. </p></li><li><p>Support an  active  learning  environment  with  the  aim  of  enhancing  capabilities  and  ways  of working</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Skills &amp; Qualifications </u></p><ul><li><p>Proven professional experience using improvement methods. E.g.
