Global Privacy Project Manager, Regulatory & Security

About the Team:

The Global Privacy & Regulatory Affairs legal team manages and oversees privacy, information security and regulatory matters and initiatives pertaining to TikTok's global operations. The team works cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in the US and around the world. You will work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment where your analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills will play an impactful role in tackling some of the most complex, interesting, and cutting-edge issues at the intersection of privacy, security and technology. We are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our team.



Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute and manage a variety of projects for the Privacy Regulatory and Data Security legal teams including those related to regulatory matters, compliance, incident response, team events and offsites.- Efficiently manage and drive multiple projects and tasks, exercising maximum organization and attention to detail and working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute project plans.

- Develop and maintain project plans, agendas, timelines, budgets, risk assessments and milestone status reports to enhance operational effectiveness.

- Partner with team leads to define and operationalize team goals, objectives, and strategic initiatives, in alignment with broader company and legal initiatives.

- Proactively develop and maintain detailed, well-organized SOPs, project management documents and trackers, and other organizational and efficiency solutions.

- Provide ongoing and overflow support for regulatory, incident response, compliance, and other team workstreams.
