ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Principal ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Chantilly, VA or Denver, CO. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develops ServiceNow solutions and enhancements using core platform capabilities

• Develops the applications including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable

• Identifies and implements best-practice solutions to address client requirements

• Performs custom development and 3rd party integrations

• Performs unit-testing and resolves code defects

• Migrates code changes to the production environment

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ additional years of software development experience in lieu of degree

• 10+ years of software development experience

• 2+ years of experience working on a large and complex software development project

• Experience with developing Service Catalog and ServiceNow workflows

• Experience with at least one scripting language (Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, JavaScript)

• Possess a current DoD Approved 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g. Security+ CE)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $175,800.00-$312,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as
