Only Locals and GC/USC, On end client W2 (no C2C)

Hybrid - Los Angeles Downtown - 3 days at office(Tuesday/Wed/Thursday onsite, Monday and Friday - Remote)

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Senior Developer with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience converting Visualforce pages to LWC, working on Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Portals), and integrating with MuleSoft. You will play a key role in resolving complex technical issues, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce customizations.
  • Migrate and refactor existing Visualforce pages to Lightning Web Components.
  • Build and enhance community portals using Experience Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using MuleSoft and Salesforce APIs.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the Salesforce platform and integrations.
  • Guide and mentor team members, provide technical support, and assist in upskilling the team.
  • Manage multiple development tasks simultaneously while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Proven experience in converting Visualforce pages to LWC.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud and building community portals.
  • Experience with MuleSoft integrations or other middleware tools.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as VS Code, SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to analyze issues, debug code, and propose scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to mentoring and collaboration.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer (a plus)
