Job Description

As a manager working in the Mobility Technology Client Services practice, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, supporting the team as they help to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. 

The Mobility Technology Client Service team assists our clients with their mobility business issues. This may include reviewing and redesigning existing processes, implementing and utilizing the myMobility suite of tools (Vialto’s proprietary software product suite), or developing a specific custom solution to meet the needs of the client.  You will be responsible for contributing to projects that span both the client implementation and operational life cycle of engagements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to senior managers and above
  • Being involved in the financial management of clients
  • Being actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new and existing clients
  • Training, coaching and supervising staff
  • Contributing to the development of your own and your team’s technical acumen
  • Developing strategies to solve complex technical challenges
  • Managing the implementation life cycle of the Vialto myMoblity application suite of tools for large complex projects
  • Reviewing technical documentation
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and using tools and techniques to implement solutions
  • Working closely with mobility data to streamline integrations and create insights using reporting tools 
  • Identifying and implementing improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise
  • Handling, manipulating and analyzing data and information responsibly
  • Following risk management and compliance procedures
  • Continue to build and maintain internal and external relationships as you develop your Vialto Partners brand

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

As a manager you will be expected to demonstrate the ability to identify and address business problems using problem solving skills.  Additionally, candidates should: 

  • Possess a thorough understanding of global mobility concepts, challenges and potential solution approaches
  • Exhibit the ability to lead projects, defining scope and identifying deviations
  • Lead client discussions and meetings communicating a broad range of Vialto services
  • Understand the service offerings of Vialto Partners and where it would be appropriate to introduce new products and services to prospective and existing clients
  • Manage the engagement economics resulting in a positive engagement margin and cash flow within Vialto Partner guidelines
  • Experience as a team leader, supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust while seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation
  • Coach staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback
  • Demonstrate a knowledge and competency with automation & digitization tools and techniques including the following areas:
  1. Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions
  2. Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools
  • Have the ability to clearly communicate with fellow colleagues and clients across multiple geographies
