THE ROLE:

The Fan Experience Team Member will interact with Fans and Sponsor activations to create a once in a lifetime experience at our venue.  You ARE the show before the show!                      

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Brand Ambassadors for the venue.  First interaction with guests and with that you will deliver smiles, courtesy and assistance at all times throughout the venue.

Entertaining the fans and creating amazing experiences, with surprise and delight giveaways, contests and more

Staff promotional sponsor and venue activations before the show during intermissions.

Assist in setting up staffing and breaking down onsite sponsorship elements, ie., tents, games and other related items.

Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.

Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.

Responsible for entering availability 3 weeks in advance through the ABIMM system.  Employee is further responsible for communicating with supervisor should that availability change.

Ensuring that time worked is accurately captured through the ABIMM system.

Other tasks as assigned by the Sponsorship/Marketing Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be at least 16 years of age

Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills

· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

· Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy

· A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting
