What you’ll do

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

  • Ensure that every electronic control unit is up to date before handed over to assembly
  • Coordinate Flash Activity with product specialist's support. Manage Material Movement in Inventory Management System.
  • Ensure 100% Flashed Material are consumption.
  • Generate Flash Status Reports and Templates.
  • Create Flash Adapters to flash electrical control units
  • Assign and Setup Flash Stations/Stands/Machine for control units flashing.
  • Proactive support E-Warehouse Team in Escalation topics for control units.
  • Escalate production critical topics to management team that affect production.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional team to solve component flashing topics
  • Coordinate all necessary activities with partners like Logistics, IT, etc.
  • Plan system to block damage material and fault inventory via Inventory Management system.
  • Coordinate software releases in the flash center.

Location & Travel Expectations: The responsibilities of this role require daily attendance at in-person meetings and events. Applicants should expect the role to require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on the company's behalf.

What you’ll bring

You’ll be comfortable with change and flexible in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll take a collaborative approach to achieve ambitious goals. Here's what else you'll bring: 

  • 3+ years professional experience with expertise in manufacturing engineering, production planning or project management
  • Deep knowledge of vehicle engineering processes
  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or equivalent
  • Skillful at organizational navigation and cross-functional collaboration at all levels; ability to develop effective partnerships and relationships.
  • Creative and strategic problem solver who exercises sound judgment.
  • Project Management Skills
  • Proficient communication skills
  • Proficient report creation, data mining/mapping, and analytics tool skills.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand wire diagram.
  • Experience in vehicle electric and electronic.
  • Experience with Automotive Manufacturing.
