Summary:

• Manage and oversee the creation of a binding authority facility to include Lloyd’s of London and other underwriting companies, including but not limited to:  
• Creating and executing on a business plan for the opportunity, updated regularly as needed.
• Creating and following a financial budget according to the company’s standard practices
• Staffing and managing a team of professionals to execute on the business plan
• Evaluating and overseeing implementation of IT systems tools to operate the business
• Working in close collaboration with NFP’s carrier management team, regional broking leads, and regional leadership to identify and execute on business opportunities that are eligible for placement in the binding authority facility
• Work in close coordination with Aon to source and maintain adequate capacity to operate the business
• Implement and oversee industry best practices in the acceptance, underwriting, and servicing of business into the facility
• Periodic travel is required to meet with NFP and Aon colleagues as well as insurance and reinsurance markets supporting the business, including overseas travel
• Assist in the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities to expand the binding authority facility or add wholesale brokerage capabilities

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $230,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
