What You'll Do

Lead daily patient dining and hospitality operations
Coach, develop, and support frontline team members
Drive a culture focused on service excellence and patient satisfaction
Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily operational performance
Ensure high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
Partner with nursing and hospital leadership to deliver an exceptional patient experience

What We're Looking For

Leadership experience in restaurants, hotels, hospitality, catering, retail, or foodservice
Strong team-building and coaching skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Passion for hospitality and creating great customer experiences

Healthcare experience is not required. We are looking for hospitality-minded leaders who know how to build teams, deliver exceptional service, and drive operational excellence.
