YETI is looking for a Production Coordinator to help grow our production efforts internally.  The Production Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the coordination and organization of various video and photo shoots across the Content team to ensure everything runs smoothly and is a success. The ideal candidate has entry level production or project management experience, is incredibly detail oriented, self-motivated, acts with a sense of urgency and can coordinate a multitude of projects at once with a positive attitude. This role involves working with multiple Content team members as well as cross functionally. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support producers with productions of all scopes and sizes – brand campaigns, product walkthrough videos, stills shoots etc. 

  • Processing and organizing production paperwork; including location releases and permits, talent releases, music licenses, prop releases, vendor paperwork and invoices 

  • Responsible for shipping product to shoots and ensuring it arrives on time.  

  • Assist in coordinating travel for producers and talent – including international travel and carnets 

  • Manage inventory of all product samples used for shoots  

  • Occasional on set production help 

  • Track down archival footage when needed 

  • Work with production supervisor to keep current project status tool updated 

Qualifications: 

  • At least 1 year production experience a plus but not required, a solid understanding or interest in production is preferred 

  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. 

  • Excels at time management and is organized and detail-oriented. 

  • Works well in a fast-paced workplace and is good at multi-tasking. 

  • Communicates effectively on the phone, by email, and in person. 

  • Safeguards confidential information and is discreet. 

  • Experience in the outdoor industry a plus
