Warehouse Specialist

This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations, timely deliveries, and outstanding service to our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Warehouse Specialist: 

• Receiving and inspecting incoming goods with care and accuracy
• Processing goods receipts and entering data into our warehouse management system
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders, including handling export documentation
• Driving local deliveries and picking up goods from suppliers (MAG45 van provided)
• Managing kit assembly, production order processing, and on-site inventory replenishment
• Supporting inventory control through cycle counts and resolving stock discrepancies
• Upholding safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse (5S principles)

Who Succeeds in This Role?

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment
• You’re familiar with ERP/WMS systems and MS Office tools
• You hold a valid driver’s license and ideally a forklift certificate
• You bring a positive attitude, attention to detail, and enjoy both physical and administrative tasks
• You communicate clearly in English and work well with others
