This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Lead Specialist for SunnyMac Solar located in Wilmington, DE. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• As the initial point of contact for potential customers you will be responsible to  help them understand the benefits of solar energy in addition to scheduling consultations with our Sales Advisor
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, respond to inquiries to qualify potential customers 
• Daily Contact: Ensure all new leads are contacted on a daily basis 
•  Utilize subcontractor hub to manage and track leads
• Customer Interaction: Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead-to-sale process while collaborating to share insights on lead quality and trends
