Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Summer 2026. Intern Electrical Engineer. In this role, you will work with the electrical and firmware team to develop electronics hardware, circuit cards, cables, and/or other related electrical hardware. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of electronic systems schematic interpretation, electrical circuit design principles, and lab and equipment troubleshooting.

Must be a US Citizen.

Basic Qualifications

-Pursing degree in electrical/computer engineering or related discipline

- Basic knowledge of system interconnect diagrams and interface requirements

- Familiar with electronic systems schematic interpretation and development, electrical circuit design principles, and lab and equipment troubleshooting

- Operation and use of standard test and measuring instruments

- Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

- Experience with C, C#, C++, or other related software
- Basic Knowledge of control systems architecture
- Basic Knowledge of circuit card layout
- Familiar/Experience with ECAD software such as Xpedition, Zuken CR8000 or Altium
