In this role, you will:

• Own, alongside client team, the comprehensive oversight and delivery of service for clients of the Aladdin® business, connecting multiple partner teams to deliver a cohesive client experience.
• Own relationships with client SME’s, “super-users” of the platform and C-level communication on projects status.
• Develop a deep understanding of your client’s business objectives, and leverage Aladdin expertise to achieve their organizational goals and regulation needs.
• Build strong relationships within BlackRock Solutions, in support of your clients
• Utilize Aladdin’s suite of risk modeling, trade, compliance, and post-trade capabilities to deliver best-in-class solutions for our clients.
• Work closely with Aladdin product managers, developers, financial modelers and specialists to further the value proposition of the Aladdin platform.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at reducing client issues.
• Implement internal process adjustments to elevate client experience and reduce incident count.
• Ensure timely and accurate day-to-day BAU client support, in partnership with internal teams.
• Host service KPI meetings and oversee holistic service metrics, proactively monitoring inquiry health.
• Adapt internal best practices to improve aspects of service as identified in KPI metrics.
• Identify workflow gaps and areas for synergy across client base and work with partner teams to implement solutions in mass.

You have:

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, Technology, Consulting or Buy Side firm.
• A working understanding of equity, fixed income, alternatives, and derivative markets. Analytics or compliance, trading, and operations with experience in advising clients and/or adapting technology solutions for portfolio strategies, portfolio optimization, risk assessments, and performance attribution or post-trade
