Production Line Driver - First Shift

Holcim Building Envelope a leading international manufacturer and supplier of a comprehensive product portfolio for commercial building performance solutions, is currently looking for a highly skilled Forklift Operator to work out of our Deforest, WI facility. This is a full-time 1st shift position, Tuesday - Friday 5:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Pay rate $25.18 per hour.

• Provides forklift support to dry end operations.

• Start up and shut down dry end packaging equipment.

• Inputs production run data into the computers controlling the various pieces of equipment according to the production schedule.

• Keeps the machines running correctly and with the correct product information.

• Maintains an uninterrupted supply of bags, labels and other consumables to the equipment in area.

• Cuts slats.

• Dumps hoppers.

• Monitoring and reporting in-process quality observations to other production teammates.

• Maintain the 5S posture of the assigned area.

• Operates and controls packaging equipment.

• Ensures dry end packaging area and dust collection equipment is maintained throughout the shift.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• High School Diploma

• Must be able to work overtime as needed

• Willing to cross-train and rotate to other positions as needed

• Able to drive a forklift

• Must have good attention to detail, and must have good attendance record
