Job Description

The Senior Data & Systems Analyst plays a critical role in turning complex business and system data into clear, actionable insights that drive enterprise decision making. This role blends systems analysis, data analytics, and business intelligence, with a strong focus on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, to design scalable reporting and analytics solutions used by senior stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Analyze business processes, systems, and data requirements; translate needs into functional and technical specifications. 

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models. 

  • Leverage Microsoft Fabric to support data modeling, transformation, and analytics solutions. 

  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. 

  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, governance, and alignment with enterprise standards. 

  • Partner with business, risk, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions. 

  • Support testing, validation, and ongoing enhancements of reporting and data solutions. 

  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI. 

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms. 

  • Strong data analysis and SQL skills. 

  • Proven system analyst experience, including requirements gathering and documentation. 

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. 

  • Experience in enterprise, regulated, or risk focused environments. 

  • Familiarity with data governance, controls, and executive reporting. 

  • Experience supporting analytics solutions at scale. 

  • Able to work autonomously, and quickly learn new concepts 

  • Proactively identifies opportunities, solves problems, and takes ownership from concept to execution.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 80,000.00 - 136,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
