Senior Strategic Sourcing General Analyst

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role, you will be part of the Consumer Field of Play Sourcing Team, reporting to the Men's CFoP Director working. You will also work alongside the Responsive Sourcing Principal to support the Greater China Rapid Restock seasonal execution and process advancement.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a Senior Sourcing Analyst, we’re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial person to manage sourcing and cost planning activities with the ability to focus on process improvements. The ideal candidate will provide a proactive approach to bring multiple stakeholders together and thrives in a cross-functional environment. This role is perfect for a teammate with product creation and manufacturing experience with exceptional communication skills. Having the ability to influence, collaborate, and create consensus is a must.

• 3+ years’ experience in Sourcing is preferred; experience in Planning, Operations Management, Product Creation or Manufacturing are a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, apparel or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will be responsible for the Kids Sportswear field of play working with the triad to build the appropriate source strategy and ensure you execute to that strategy.  You will drive profitability by defining the style level targets by working with Finance to understand the FOP targets and you will work with cross-functional teams to help drive key sourcing initiatives.

• Creating and executing the FOP sourcing strategy

• Managing the cost planning process to ensure profitability

• Provide project support on strategic initiatives

• Contribute to best practices in process and operating models

• Understand global sourcing process from strategic sourcing to seasonal execution
