QC Lab Analyst

Under close supervision, responsible for technical quality tasks, including inspecting and processing raw materials and reviewing and releasing finished products. Perform Batch Record Review and manufactured product release processing. Observe cGMP good documentation practices.

This position will report into the QC Supervisor and will be onsite at our Nusil location in Irving, TX.

What we’re looking for:

• Education: Bachelors of Science in Chemistry, or related field (Or job experience equivalent)
• Experience: General laboratory experience
  • Knowledge of Quality Control
  • Experience of cGMP

• Responsible for timely analysis of test samples
• Coordination for quality related issues and clarification
• Sampling and analysis for RM/Intermediate/Finished Goods.
• Assisting team in ISO implementation
• General knowledge of calibration, standard preparation, standardization and relevant documentation.
• Give timely reports to SAP for result recording.
• Fill and update all documents.
• Zero accidents in the Quality operations.
• Achieving batch wise timelines, quantity and quality.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015, SAP, and other Quality system into department. Will maintain the analytical records / log sheets as per GMP & ISO guidelines
