The Human Health Division continues to transform, driven by an effort to shape our company's future by building or enhancing core commercial capabilities to drive business results. To execute the strategy of being more adaptive and responsive to changing market needs and to establish ourselves as a leader in the eyes of our customers, the US Market has identified a need to accelerate the ability to deliver personalized experiences and drive performance through the development, installation, prioritization, and realization of key capabilities.

The Associate Director, Content Standardization – Modular Content will be responsible for driving innovation in the US Market. Specifically, they will partner with US Market leaders and stakeholders to develop/evolve strategy, align on intent and drive solutions through experimentation and scaling efforts designed to inspire and accelerate a culture of innovation that enables a differentiated customer experience.

Primary Activities include and may not be limited to:

  • Lead the evolution of the Modular content capability inclusive of new and reimagined processes and technology to support the continued maturity and scaling of the capability within the US Market.

  • Drive scaling and change management related work with the prioritized brands for the Modular Content Capability

  • Strategy development / enhancement – deliver work across strategy continuum from early conceptual ‘white space’ design through refinement to strategy execution and realization across the US Market (i.e., Define, Design, Detailed Design, Build, Pilot, Launch, Realize)

  • Partners with key US Market stakeholders to advance solutions and bring them to life through an iterative planning process.

  • Build strong, open, and collaborative working relationships among leadership, peers, and support teams within and outside the organization.

  • Frame business case, trade-off choices, and risks for US Market Leaders

  • Leverage new ways of working to promote innovative design efforts (i.e., Agile) 

  • Understand and implement modern Change Management practices to ensure adoption.

  • Participate in relevant Content Optimization related activities as appropriate

Success Metrics:

  • Realization of initiatives (set by initiative level KPIs)

  • Responsible for delivery of US Transformation Initiative across the following three areas:

    • Delivery of work on-time as aligned with Sponsors.

    • Delivery of work consistent with Quality standards (meets legal & regulatory requirements & maintains compliance technology standards where appropriate)

    • Delivery of work on budget (within 3% of agreed upon spend)

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA)

  • 5 years of professional work experience in project/program management, content development, campaign management, digital marketing, change management, or related functions within the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry

  • Ability to work in ambiguous spaces

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to advance a common goal.

  • Strong understanding of compliance-related concepts and application in all job-related functions

  • Able to work at the North Wales, PA office at least 3 days per week (Hybrid)

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree (MBA, MS)

  • Agile Certifications/Training

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive project plans and effectively coordinate activities and resources

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders across functions, and at all levels

  • Deep understanding of the content development process, campaign management, and program management methodologies

  • Brand Marketing or Promotions experience
