With a 200-year legacy and a shared passion for what’s next, this is the right place to build a fulfilling career.</p><p></p><p><b>Location: Kraków</b></p><p><b>Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old</b></p><p></p><p>The eFront Invest Alternatives Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring business requests are reviewed, analyzed, and effectively communicated to the development team.  The <span>e<span>Front Invest Alternatives Senior Systems Analyst </span></span> will work with business partners, clients, and prospective clients to design solutions on eFront for their illiquid fund <span>structures. eFront</span> Invest Alternatives Senior Systems Analyst will implement and oversee a training program for both analysts and developers to deepen the organization’s knowledge of the <b>FrontInvest</b> platform. </p><p>They will also play a significant role in communicating issues to support teams and IT Management.  This is a fast-paced environment with frequent interactions with Business and Application teams.  He/She will participate in strategic projects in support of the department objectives: Standardization of eFront Invest and Data/Reporting solution design around <b>eFront Invest and DWH</b>.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>Management</b></p><ul><li>Systems Lead for strategic projects related to <b>eFront</b> Invest platform: Standardization and Data/Reporting solution design.</li><li>Establishes and maintain a culture of exceptional client service.</li><li>Build strong relationships with all systems support teams to promote problem solving, innovation, and efficient troubleshooting for the end user community.</li><li>Conduct regularly scheduled team meetings, to ensure the team is current on new technology, procedures and system changes.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Analysis/Design</b></p><ul><li>Develop clear, concise methodology documents, which require proficiency in interviewing skills, workflow analysis, dataflow diagramming, screen design, ERD modelling, reporting specifications…</li><li>Review and triage business requests and guide analysts to come up with solutions.</li><li>Work with business teams, clients and prospective clients to come up with solutions to their processing needs.</li><li>Understand the data and reporting gaps / challenges the Alternatives teams currently have and propose solutions to improve the process while mainly focusing on reducing the time-to-market for the delivery of new reports and encouraging self-service reporting solutions.</li><li>Lead data related projects and participate in the different phases from requirements gathering to solution designing, development and testing.</li><li>Become the team’s key person for all new requests regarding data connectivity queries and initiatives.</li><li>Facilitate the self-service data consumption from the eFront platform through user friendly and end-to-end solutions compliant with the bank’s reporting strategy. Clear guidance, support and documentation will need to be provided for the different counterparties extracting data from eFront.</li><li>Ensure a high quality of data and accuracy for the different implemented solutions and datasets.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Technical</b></p><ul><li>Assist with application configuration on critical projects</li><li>Guide the developers through the build process</li><li>Continually develop and review operational documentation, procedures and standards to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education level and/or relevant experience(s): </b></p><ul><li>BA/BS Information Technology or relevant experience.</li><li>5+ years of experience working on systems development projects ideally related to Alternatives funds</li><li>Strong background on eFront platform and products (<b>eFront Invest, DWH, ICX</b>)</li><li>Strong analytical and design skills with great written and oral communications skills</li><li>Working knowledge of relational databases and data modeling with experience in writing SQL queries (views, procedures, functions…).</li><li>Business <span>Intelligence/Reporting</span> working knowledge with ability to build customized complex data solutions.</li><li>Knowledge of one or more BI platforms as Alteryx, Cognos, Tableau or alike.</li><li>Basic business knowledge from Accounting, Transfer Agency or Custody in the Alternatives Funds domain.</li><li>Experience with Client Service-related functions.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Knowledge and skills (general and technical): </b></p><ul><li>Experience working with configurable Vendor products (including eFront Invest and DWH)</li><li>Basic knowledge of mainframe and distributed software tools<
