Our ICU team manages complex medical-surgical cases, including ventilated patients, stroke patients, trauma cases, and more—all within a typical 2:1 nurse-to-patient assignment to ensure safe, quality care. You’ll work 12-hour shifts alongside an interdisciplinary team that includes providers, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, case managers, and more—collaborating daily during rounds to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
