Production Designer

Flex is an early-stage, remote-first FinTech startup that is creating the best rent payment experience. We are seeking a skilled production designer to design marketing creative assets for B2B and B2C customers.

 

What you'll do:

• Work with the Creative team to design and produce high-priority creative/brand assets and templates, while adhering and contributing to style and usage guidelines.
• Develop assets across different channels and mediums including email, social media, web, print, mobile, etc.
• Deploy systems thinking with the goal of strengthening and elevating the quality and consistency of brand creative and design execution.
• Manage ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment and demonstrate quick, high-quality decision-making based on evolving needs and goals.
  
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on executional experience with marketing asset design and production.
• Portfolio showcasing strong production and multidisciplinary design skills (e.g., graphic design, typography, illustration, layouts, color theory, photography).
• Strong proficiency with design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
• Excellent communication skills allowing for strong cross-functional working relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and timelines.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience leveraging customer insights to develop creative that solves strategic problems.
