HR Generalist

As an Human Resources Generalist, you will be overseeing both the Residence Inn and AC Hotel in the beautiful Missoula, MT. 

Position sumary: 

• This job exists to adminster, direct, and coordinate all functions related to employment including; staffing, benefits, training, compensation, and compliance with employment laws abd assist in processing employee payroll in a timely and accurate manner.

Accountabilities:

• The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for assisting in staffing qualified personnel; ensuring employment statute compliance; and overseeing all aspects of wage, benefit, workers compensation, unemployment, gratuities, service charges and training program direction, implementation, and administration.

Duties & Functions:

• Process background and credit checks
• Facilitate the new hire paperwork process
• Facilitate HR orientation 
• Coordinate internal and external training and recruitment activities, including recruitment fairs as required 
• Prepare and place external job postings on company website, internet sites and print ads

Pay:

• Overtime Exempt Manager, starting at $55,000 annual
• Pay to be discussed at the interview
