Personnel Security Officer

OPPORTUNITY

The Mission Integration Division under the Intelligence Group of Leidos is seeking a Security Administrator with a current TS/SCI Polygraph clearance for a customer program in northern Virginia.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will work as an integral member of a government/contractor team providing support for all aspects of personnel security. Duties may include studying, investigating, preparing reports and policy recommendations for actions in areas related to industry personnel security practices and standards.

The candidate will execute the overall personnel security program for the customer involving, but not limited to, security clearance processing, access control, visitor/conference control, document control/maintenance, and data entry.

The candidate will ensure all administrative and required documentation are current and compliant with all ICD's and NISPOM directives, and propose policy recommendations when warranted.

TYPICAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a BA degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.

Outstanding customer service and communication skills while interfacing daily with personnel internal and external to the customer’s organization.

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and have the ability to work well with a wide range of people.
 

Ability to work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.
 

Must be a solution finder with the ability to handle multiple tasks and conflicting customer requirements.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
