Position Title: Senior Associate-Sustainability & Systems Change 

Location: United States (New York preferred, may consider remote) 

 Salary range: $90 000 – $115 000 base, plus bonus & benefits.( Note: this range reflects national market data & your exact offer will reflect your experience, skills, credentials and work location. Starting at, or near the top of this range is unusual and reserved for candidates with exceptional, directly relevant expertise)

Your Impact 
As a Senior Strategy Associate, you will lead analytical workstreams and help shape sustainability strategies that are both evidence-based and visionary. You’ll be expected to move fluidly between quantitative modeling and qualitative storytelling — connecting data, insight, and narrative into actionable recommendations. 

 

What You’ll Do 

• Lead workstreams that require strong analytical rigor and strategic synthesis 

• Design and implement data-driven analyses (e.g., market sizing, emissions impact, financial modeling) and extract actionable insights 

• Conduct interviews and research to bring qualitative context to findings 

• Prepare materials (slides, briefs, tools) that blend storytelling with data 

• Collaborate with teammates across regions and disciplines 

• Provide informal coaching and quality control for junior colleagues’ output 

 

What You’ll Bring 

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., sustainability, economics, business, engineering, policy) 

•  Experience: 3–5 years in consulting, strategy, or sustainability with demonstrated ability to manage analytical workstreams 

• Analytical Strength: Fluency in both quantitative analysis (Excel, modelling, data interpretation) and qualitative synthesis (stakeholder insights, narrative structuring) 

• Communication: Ability to clearly synthesize and communicate complex findings in a compelling, structured way
