Job Description Summary

Responsible for daily commercial related accounting/reporting operations. In-depth understanding of end-to-end commercial processes to delivery accurate accounting and reconciliation works. Working with different commercial, finance and IT functions, to resolve commercial accounting related issues. Driving operational excellence to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly closing and reporting processes efficiently with high quality, working closely with all upstream function team, and controllership team. Review MJE request and make necessary adjustment based on USGAAP and GEHC policies and procedures.
• Preparation & submission account reconciliation in a timely and accurately manner, with required quality.
• Working with upstream function and other finance team to close all open items in the reconciliation in a timely manner.
• Assist all commercial related financial audits; include both internal & external, deliver audit request in a professional manner.
• Identify standardization & automation opportunities, initiate project plan to lead & drive to achieve milestone / targeted results.

Qualifications Required:

• University graduate with major in finance or accounting.
• CPA or equivalent qualification as plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in multi-national companies.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong data processing and analytic capability with large data volume.
• Fluent in English, both written and speaking.
• Good team player, could work under pressure and self-motivated.
• Be passionate to make changes, and eager to generate idea for improvement project.
