Business Development Manager - Army Enterprise

Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ Industry experience in strategic business development/sales- required. Preference is at least 3+ years of experience focus on the U.S. Army enterprise customers.
- Experience and knowledge and understanding of U.S. Army IT modernization programs of record with a strong understanding of Army enterprise priorities such as: Army Unified Network Plan, Army Digital transformation strategy, Cloud modernization, data and AI enablement efforts.
- In depth knowledge and experience with systems integrators that support or operate within the U.S. Army Enterprise community – required. Preferred experience developing strategies to obtain contracts that support PM IEN, NETCOM, ARCYBER, and ECMA.
- Experience and knowledge operating within the U.S. Army PEO-Enterprise community- required. Preferred experience developing strategies to obtain contracts that support PM IEN, NETCOM, ARCYBER, and ECMA.
- Experience and knowledge of how the OEM and VAR community operates and goes to market.
- Proven track record of success in creating business/organizational growth outcomes.
- Willingness to travel 30-40% across the U.S.
- Excellent written & oral presentation skills.
- Experience of being a trusted Advisor status within the U.S Army Community.
- Active Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance is highly preferred.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
