Role Overview

PTC is seeking a seasoned Director, Global System Integrators to own and scale our global strategic partnerships with HCL and L&T Technology Services (LTTS). This US-based role is responsible for setting global strategy, driving executive alignment, accelerating pipeline and revenue growth, and maturing joint solutions and go-to-market execution across regions and industries.

Reporting directly to the VP, Global System Integrators, this leader will serve as the single global point of accountability for these partners, working closely with PTC regional sales leadership, industry teams, marketing, product, and alliance counterparts within HCL and LTTS worldwide.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing large GSIs at a global level, strong executive presence, and a proven ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Global Partner Strategy & Governance

• Own the global relationship and operating model for HCL and LTTS.

• Define and execute multi-year global business plans, including revenue targets, industry priorities, investment alignment, and joint solution strategy.

• Establish executive governance structures, operating cadence, and success metrics across PTC, HCL, and LTTS.

• Act as the global escalation point and internal advocate for partner success.

Pipeline, Revenue & GTM Execution

• Drive proactive global pipeline generation and revenue growth through joint GTM motions, co-sell execution, and strategic account alignment.

• Partner with regional sales and partner leaders to ensure consistent execution across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

• Track, forecast, and report global pipeline and bookings performance against agreed KPIs.

• Identify whitespace opportunities by industry, geography, and solution area.

Solution & Industry Alignment

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to develop scalable, repeatable joint solutions aligned to PTC’s strategic priorities (PLM, ALM, Digital Thread, IoT, AI).

• Support the development of industry-specific offerings, accelerators, and reference architectures with HCL and LTTS.

• Ensure alignment between partner delivery capabilities and PTC’s technology roadmap.

Enablement & Execution Excellence

• Ensure partner sales, technical, and delivery teams are fully enabled on PTC’s value proposition and GTM approach.

• Drive readiness across certifications, solution incubation, and field engagement models.

• Lead regular global and regional business reviews to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Executive Relationship Leadership

• Build trusted relationships with senior executives across HCL, LTTS, and PTC.

• Represent PTC in executive briefings, customer engagements, industry events, and partner forums.

• Influence senior stakeholders across matrixed global organizations to drive shared outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• 10+ years of experience in global partner/alliance management, enterprise sales, or business development within enterprise or industrial software ecosystems.
