Primary Duties and Responsibilities

& Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the campus pantry, ensuring efficient distribution of food, hygiene products, and essential supplies.
- Manage inventory systems of the campus pantry by monitoring stock levels, forecasting needs, and maintaining accurate inventory records and reports.
- Monitor pantry utilization by maintaining accurate records and analyzing trends to support program planning.
- Coordinate the receipt, inspection, sorting, and organization of donated items to ensure quality and efficient storage.
- Establish and maintain standards for the cleanliness, organization, safety, and functionality of pantry storage and distribution spaces.
- Assist in the management and administration of the Swipe Out Hunger program by coordinating meal swipe donations, supporting program operations, and maintaining records.
- Lead marketing and outreach initiatives for the Nourishing Network, including the Swipe Out Hunger program, pantry events, food and meal swipe donation drives, and volunteer recruitment.
- Provide leadership to volunteers and student employees by fostering a service-oriented environment and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with campus departments and community partners to expand resources, strengthen partnerships, and enhance the overall impact of the Nourishing Network initiatives.

- Assist with program research needs
- Attend meetings, trainings, and events that are partnered with Student Well-Being
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability to independently prioritize projects.
- Skilled in utilizing social media, design, and other marketing platforms
- Ability to work mainly during business hours and some evenings/weekends. Required EducationMust be enrolled as a student at Belmont University. Studies in Sports Administration, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Design, Media, Marketing, Leadership, or related health, business, communication, or educational field is preferred Required Experienceno experience required
