We are recruiting Senior Crane Service Technicians based in the Leinster and Munster areas.

 

Responsibilities of the role will include:

 

• Preventative maintenance and repairs on electric overhead travelling cranes.
• Trouble-shooting equipment breakdowns and recommending course of action for repairs.
• Consulting with customers on general repairs and any safety related issues.
• Completing appropriate follow up documentation through your mobile device.

 

What we are looking for in you:

 

• We ask that you are apprentice-trained or equivalent, conversant with Electrical Engineering disciplines and have a sound Mechanical knowledge.
• Experience working with overhead cranes and hoists is desired, however ongoing training will be provided.
• Experience maintaining electrical equipment in an industrial environment as a minimum.
• We are looking for someone who is a good communicator as there is regular customer contact.
• We are looking for a technician with great Health & Safety awareness
• We will require you to be able to work at heights.
• A willingness to work extra hours – for which we pay double time at the weekend!
• A willingness to work on the On-Call Rota, which attracts an enhanced premium payment.
• Hold a current driving licence
