  • Be deeply in touch with Dropbox’s extensive people data dashboards, producing regular insight and trend analyses to support key priorities and, if needed, reactive tactics
  • Actively manage the DEI team’s approach to quarterly and annual OKR reporting, with an emphasis on data-driven storytelling, leveraging synchronous and asynchronous channels to reach all of our stakeholders
  • Partner closely with HR cross-functional teams including Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and L&D to ensure DEI best practices are woven into all elements of the employee lifecycle
  • Serve as an advocate and ambassador for all Dropboxers, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and the diverse communities that make Dropbox great
  • Be a spokesperson for Dropbox internally and externally, and possess the ability to converse fluently on a wide variety of DEI topics (including facilitation of high-stakes and/or challenging discourse)

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience implementing diversity and inclusion programs in complex organizations
  • 5+ years in client-services roles such as, but not limited to: diversity business partner, HR business partner, or talent management
  • Detail-oriented: Experience using self-service dashboards to create detailed reports on a regular basis, with a keen eye for identifying and correcting errors
  • Results-focused data analysis: Demonstrated ability to use data to inform and track progress towards DEI goals, including analyzing program ROI and making strategic recommendations based on insights gleaned from data
  • Scrappiness and ability to dig into the details in order to build and design world class DEI programs and practices
  • Possess a proven ability to build sustainable relationships and influence within the organization, at every level and function
  • Expertise in data and reporting to inform decisions and influence change
  • Fluency and precision in narrative writing, to support Dropbox’s culture of thorough documentation
