Boeing Commercial Airplanes is hiring a Delivery Center Quality System Specialist to help support the team in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st Shift.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leads Quality reviews of regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in process and program developments.

• Engage and lead stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Lead the identification and execution of improvement activities aimed at enhancing the customer experience and increasing efficiency.

• Leads multi-function, multi-site groups to develop company directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, customer, regulatory requirements, and working agreements are deployed.

• Leads stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions.

• Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability.

• Assists in the development of new standard processes and policies relating to customer experience and presentations.

• Works under minimal direction.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

• 1+ years of experience working with and supporting Quality Management System

• Prior experience working with safety and quality processes and procedures

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience in Quality

Summary pay range, Level 3: $87,500 - $109,250

Summary pay range, level 4: $100,300 – 135,700
