Engineering Program Manager

Position: Engineering Program Manager, Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC, Atlanta, GA.

Duties: Responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of large-scale construction and renovation projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, consultants, and clients, to manage all phases of capital construction projects. Supervise and coordinate all related activities associated with the management of the planning, programming, design and construction of multiple capital improvement projects. Study plans and specifications to coordinate construction based on starting and completion times and to be able to validate offered schedules. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation. Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations. 20% national travel to worksites in Atlanta metropolitan area.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Economics, or a related field plus 8 years of experience with project management; 5 years of experience managing large-scale capital construction projects; and 4 years of experience in vertical construction.
