The Registered Nurse will play a pivotal role in patient care, emphasizing excellence, compassion, and evidence-based practice. The RN will work at The Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital (TOSH). Responsibilities include direct patient care, coordination, triage, and collaboration with providers and staff. Requires the ability to effectively work with patient referral sources, facilitate appointments, coordinate transitions of care, and provide patient education on complex conditions. The RN will work with the individual patient, their families, and providers of care to develop and implement individual health plans.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Associate’s degree in Nursing, Diploma RN, or Master’s degree in Nursing.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited RN nursing program

• Valid Registered Nursing License
