What You Will Do

As the lead in information technology solutions projects for our professional services team, you'll manage a group responsible for keeping our company-client relationships top-notch. Your focus? Ensuring happy customers through effective project leadership, budget analysis, and smooth coordination between clients and our team. From project kick-off to delivery, you'll make sure everything aligns with goals and meets projections. Your role includes overseeing the installation and client approval of software systems or integration projects. While you'll use your management skills more than technical ones, you'll play a key role in mediating internal issues and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch products to our clients. Bringing in your knack for selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel, you'll keep our operations running efficiently. 

• Ensure that project initiatives support Trimble’s corporate strategy.

• Ensure project integrity  to deliver on time, on budget with high quality implementations of your respective business area.

• Manage the interface between project managers and internal/external resources.

• Communicate project information and financials via status reports and monthly meetings.

• Distribute project information to the project team and sponsors.

• Identify project interrelationships that will affect program decisions.

• Ability to travel from 20-40% based or the need of the organization and customers

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Strong TruckMate Product experience required

• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading projects focused on delivery of technology

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience

• Strongly versed in the fundamentals of project management

• Experience with project management tools such as SmartSheets, DOMO, Kantata, and Microsoft Products

• Excellent presentation skills

• Ability to identify, resolve and follow up on issues leveraging subject matter experts
