Job Description

You will support the Shared Services Centre, Singapore team and will report to the team lead.

Office Location:

• 615 Toa Payoh Lorong 4, #07-00 StorHub, Singapore 319516 (till June 2024. Scheduled to move to UBIX in July 2024)
• UBIX - 25 Ubi Road 4, Singapore 408621

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for streamlining / automating processes
• Plan, design, and develop automations using tools such as Excel VBA, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Platform
• Collect, analyse and present data to demonstrate the impact of solutions recommended
• Track and monitor the implemented solutions to evaluate effectiveness and recommend adjustments where necessary
• Assist in the management of improvement initiatives
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in automation tools such as Excel VBA, UiPath, and Power Platform
• Knowledge of Workday, SAP and Oracle accounting software is an advantage
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and able to work independently
