Job Duties:
- Assists Equipment & Supply Chain Manager in managing all warehouse activities including, but not limited to…
- Fork lift operation during picking process
- Light assembly of products as required
- Picking, packing and shipping activities, ensuring orders are processed quickly and accurately
- Receiving and inspecting returns and authorizing replacement parts as needed
- Basic customer service support activities, answering inquiries and resolving issues related to orders.
- Maintains accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock counts and updating systems as necessary.
- Ensures products are safely and efficiently stored, prepared, and loaded for delivery.
- Follows safety protocols and best practices to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Completes other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations and team goals.
- Supports Equipment & Supply Chain Manager on calls, and communications and acting as a “resident expert” on equipment when necessary.
- Provides thoughtful solutions to reduce warehouse bottlenecks and organization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Class II fork lift certification
- Successfully manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Communicate with manager and vendors confidently/clearly and inspire confidence
- Attention to detail in performing tasks such as inventory management, order picking, and product inspection to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.

- Can demonstrate basic computer skills.
- 1 to 2 years of warehouse operations, inventory and supply chain management
