Overview:

Sentara Independence in Virginia Beach is looking to hire a Remote Manager of Customer Service Operations.

The Customer Operations Manager oversees the delivery of exceptional customer service, streamline operational processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries. Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality of service. Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring satisfactory resolution. Responsible for member/patient satisfaction, retention, and growth by efficiently delivering competitive, consumer focused services through a fully integrated organization staffed by knowledgeable, customer-focused professionals supported by exemplary technologies and processes.

Education:

• Bachelors (preferred)

Experience:

• 5 years of related experience (required)
• Call Center experience (required)
• Prior Manager experience (required)
• Healthcare or Health Plan experience (required)

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $69,742.4 – $116,251.2.  Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities

Sentara Independence provides quality outpatient services to the surrounding community. The facility includes an ambulance-accessible emergency room that is supported by board-certified physicians. Sentara Independence houses state-of-the-art medical equipment and highly-skilled physicians and staff.  Sentara Independence is now an extension of the quality services at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital including advanced imaging and physical therapy.
