The Work You Will Do:

Senior Maintenance Technician / District 4/Transportation Support Office/Facilities Management

 

This position gives support by providing a variety of technical and non-technical work as carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting and other routine and emergency repairs and maintenance.

Annual Salary Range:

 

$43,187.02 - $55,889.09

 

A Competitive Area Differential (CAD) additive in the amount of $1,976.00 will be added to the annual salary.

 

Your Specific Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of technical and non-technical trade skilled work which may include the performance and/or oversight of technicians performing repairs, remodeling, altering, constructing, and/or maintaining hard-wall and modular offices; carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting; heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and other general trades applicable to routine and emergency repairs and maintenance.

Coordinate and monitor contractors performing repairs/installations to all building maintenance related equipment and ensure work is performed in accordance with the established scope of work.

Maintain, monitor, and operate as directed, building related equipment and systems such as generators, elevators, uninterrupted power supply (UPS), closed circuit television (CCTV), security access and/or issuance of identification badges, computerized/automated facility management systems, life safety systems and any others deemed appropriate for each building.
