As the Occupational Therapist Rehab Director, you will:

• Lead and support a team of skilled therapy professionals across disciplines

• Oversee daily therapy operations, ensuring high-quality care and compliance

• Collaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams

• Coordinate therapy scheduling and manage caseload distribution

• Maintain a small, meaningful caseload to stay grounded in patient care

What You Bring:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Wisconsin

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred (but not required)
