We’re looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor to help lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences! Your Role:

• Support the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager in building and training a high-performing team.
• Ensure smooth front-of-house operations and a seamless guest experience.
• Engage with guests, address concerns promptly, and maintain a "no wait" environment.
• Oversee cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards.
• Communicate inventory needs and complete tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in retail or customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and people skills.
• ServSafe Certification (preferred).
