The Social Media Intern assists with maintaining the brand's presence across social platforms. This role will primarily focus on assisting with social content creation and engagement with followers of our social channels, fostering relationships, creating space for meaningful conversations and moderates as necessary. In addition, this role will support the Social Media Manager with reporting, measuring key KPIs, and social content shoot logistics
What You'll Do:
Respond to DM’s, comments, and customer queries in a timely manner
Build relationships with our online community + followers through social engagement and social listening across platforms
Assist with scheduling and creative logistics for all social content
Monitor social media campaigns and analyze web traffic from the online community using key performance indicators (KPIs)
Stay up-to-date with relevant trends
What You Bring:
Writing skills
Hands on experience with social media
Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
Interpersonal skills – communication with internal and external parties
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
