About the role
The Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) LLC, a rapidly growing management consulting firm, is seeking a Project Manager/Technical Lead for an upcoming opportunity for National Center for Health Statistics (CDC). MSG provides consulting services across the federal government in the areas of training and technical assistance, grants management, research and evaluation, marketing and communications, program management, and information technology. Our federal clients include the U.S. Departments of Labor, Education, Health and Human Services, Agriculture, Justice, and Homeland Security. - Project management in secure federal environments (CDC/HHS or similar).
- Leading full SDLC (ideal if it’s CDC SDLC) including change control, testing, deployment, and enhancements.
- Architecting and managing systems with ATO/SAA, including coordination with security and OCIO.
- Managing Hardware/Software selection, system and network architecture, deployment, and user orientation.
- Managing projects and teams without fully developed requirements, driving clarity and delivery.
- Experience coordinating with CSPO, OCIO, IT, program staff, OAS, and FMO.
- Delivering solutions on Appian or another lowcode/nocode platform.
- Hands-on .NET application delivery and migration to Azure PaaS/IaaS services.
- Userfacing software for data analysis (dashboards, research tools) including video/text data apps.
- Section 508 compliance oversight and experience with accessibility remediation.
- Maintaining enterprise inventories such as ESC/Systems Inventory or equivalent CMDB.
- Prior work overseeing incentive disbursement processes and social media ad purchases.
- Experience integrating LCNC workflows with .NET microservices and Azure data services.
- 8+ years overall IT project / program management.
- 5+ years in federal/secure environments.
- 3+ years with Appian or comparable LCNC platform.
- 5+ years with .NET
- 3+ years delivering on Azure.
